Bad Fruit & Leadership
In Galations 5, Apostle Paul spoke about the sinful nature of man. He mentioned numerous acts of that nature including selfish ambition. Selfish ambition involves a strong desire to obtain something for one's self at the expense of harming others. How does selfish ambition affect leadership. Leadership involves the care and concern of followers. A selfish leader causes harm to those around him or her to fulfill their desires. This is unhealthy and hinders a leaders growth. It also affects the leaders professional relationships. What are possible solutions to address self ambition within Leadership?
